Who operates this website

The Bull District is a public brand operated by John R. Charbonneau as an individual. The Bull District LLC has not yet been formed, and this website does not represent that it exists. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@thebulldistrict.com.

United States-only registration

The website and demonstration previews can be viewed worldwide. Early access registration is limited to people who confirm they are residents of the United States. Residency confirmation and permission to receive launch emails are separate, initially unchecked choices, and both are required. We do not infer residency from a visitor's location.

A U.S.-only waitlist does not eliminate all international privacy obligations, including obligations that may apply to existing subscribers or technical information processed when international visitors view this website.

What we collect

When you register, we record your email address, signup timestamp, marketing-consent timestamp, your U.S. residency confirmation and its timestamp, and the form where you signed up. Residency is self-attested; we do not request identification or a home address. New fields do not establish residency or new consent for legacy subscribers.

Signup abuse checks store a hashed network address to limit attempts. A hash is not a guarantee of anonymity. First-party aggregate analytics record event counts only — no email addresses, identifiers or form contents.

How we use it

The waitlist is collected for opted-in launch announcements and early-access information. We do not sell waitlist data. This coming-soon website does not send launch emails.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Lovable, with subscriber data stored in Lovable Cloud (the project's managed database). The support mailbox support@thebulldistrict.com is provided by Namecheap Private Email. Analytics are first-party aggregate counts processed within our own systems; no third-party analytics service receives your information.

Retention

Active subscriber records are kept while you remain subscribed and the information is needed for the waitlist purpose, subject to verified deletion requests. Consent history is kept for three years after the subscription relationship ends. Anonymous aggregate analytics are kept for 90 days. Expired rate-limit records are removed within 24 hours. Unsubscribe suppression records are retained as long as needed to honor your opt-out and are not deleted simply because you unsubscribe.

Your choices and requests

Personal unsubscribe links remain available, and every future launch email will include one. When you unsubscribe, we keep a suppression record so that you are not emailed again.

Applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, withdraw consent, object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. To make a request, email support@thebulldistrict.com from the subscriber address concerned. We verify requests through control of that email address (a confirmation link); we never ask for identity documents. Nothing is deleted on an unverified request. Corrections to an email address are handled as an unsubscribe of the old address plus a fresh signup so consent history stays accurate.

Children

This waitlist is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Status of this notice

This notice has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a certification of legal compliance. Applicable state privacy laws may grant additional rights; nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.
